Tammy Magiera joined Stamm Law in 2023 as an Estate Paralegal.  With over 25 years’ experience as an estate paralegal, Tammy understands that this is a difficult time with the loss of a loved one and the challenges of navigating the role as a fiduciary. Tammy works closely with our clients throughout the entire estate administration process.  These responsibilities include preparing the necessary documentation to open an estate, assisting the clients with marshaling the assets, settling the debts, and keeping accurate records to prepare the accountings and closing the estate.  Tammy has knowledge in both Estate tax along with the personal and fiduciary income tax returns. 

When not in the office, Tammy enjoys spending time traveling with her family and attending her daughter’s sporting events.
