Scott D. Marchant, Esq.

Scott is Of Counsel in the Real Estate Department here at Stamm Law. He started with us in September 2019.

Scott graduated from Williamsville East High School and received his Regents Diploma 1990. He graduated from SUNY Geneseo in 1994, where he majored in Political Science, minored in American History and Legal Studies. Scott went on to attend Albany Law School, receiving his J.D. in 1997.

Scott was admitted to practice law in NYS in 1998. He was also admitted to Federal District Courts, WDNY, NDNY, EDNY & SDNY. He has worked at the Federal, State, and County levels of government while also working in private practice and in house for several large and small local companies.
