Diana is a Legal Assistant and has been working at Stamm Law for 20 years. She works on pleadings for personal injury and medical malpractice cases including drafting Complaints, Bills of Particulars, Discovery Demands, and Motions. She assists clients with No-Fault applications and any other issues that may arise out of motor vehicle accident cases. Diana also has experience working with evictions and traffic violations.

Diana also assists attorneys in drafting and preparing Stamm Basic Three™ documents, including Health Care Proxies, Powers of Attorney, and Wills. She helps notarize and witness documents in client signings.
