David V. Jaworski joined the Stamm Law Firm, Of Counsel, in September 2021, working in the Williamsville/Cheektowaga office. Mr. Jaworski was previously the founder and managing partner of the Law Offices of Jaworski & Giacobbe. He was in practice for over 38 years, receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1983.

Mr. Jaworski has extensive civil practice experience in the areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, estate planning, estate administration, as well as all commercial and residential real estate transactions.

Mr. Jaworski is a member of the Bar Association of Erie County and took pride in serving his clients’ needs with the highest level of knowledge, experience, and professionalism. He was honored as the Professional and Businessmen's Association "Man of the Year" in 2003, and the Cheektowaga Chamber of Commerce "Small Business of the Year" in 2005.
