Brian Stamm has been in private practice since 1997 and is a partner in the firm. Mr. Stamm graduated from Canisius High School in 1990. He also attended the State University of New York at Geneseo, completing his Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a minor in History in 1994. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree in 1997 from the New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts.  

Upon completion of his law degree in 1997, he joined the firm of Portnoy & Greene, P.C. in Boston, Massachusetts, and maintained a General Practice concentrating on Real Property matters including closings and foreclosures. 

In 1999, he returned to his beloved hometown and joined his father and brother at the firm, where he focuses his practice of law in the area of plaintiffs’ personal injury/negligence claims as well as Estate Planning.

He is admitted to practice in the State of New York, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as well as Federal Court for the Western District of New York. He is a member of the Erie County Bar Association and New York State Bar Association.
